Heard about a health coach? I bumped into one at a cafe in Boston today.

“May I sit down on the other seat?” My inquiry was dealing with my subliminal hunger after a work out and seeing a young attractive women taking notes together.

I’m not sure which rode first and took precedence but after popping a question she didn’t mind me sitting across her in that cafe.

She had the coffee table for herself in front of us: with a notebook that was neatly organized. So, I tried to make a small talk in learning what she did.

“I’m a health coach,” she asserted with a smile. And my second voice immediately questioned? What does that mean — entail, is she a professional or a freelancer trying to get hired on her free time suggesting how busy men should run their chores while there partners shop in the mall?

She explained, “I work with people to focus on their diets and anxiety and gave me a principal suggestion that if I’m on the road:

I should break up my diet preferences for matching it from the list of available places offering worthwhile meals, and in worst case pick the best available option from that place if there is no other suitable choice.”

I just did that on a Bus Stop at a McDonald’s, picking up a chicken sandwich, eating only the patty and a few nibbles of bun, discarding the rest.

I felt good. I was full. The dinner was done in a hurry!
